Abbots Gold, (v) Pasteurised Cow’s Milk. Abbots Gold is produced in the historic Yorkshire Wensleydale creamery, it is a classic cheddar infused with sweet caramelised onions.
Blue Monday, (v) Pasteurised Cow’s Milk. Made by Alex James of Blur fame, when it’s on song, Blue Monday is a soft, creamy blue cheese, with strong blue veining which delivers a smooth, satisfying piquancy to the palate.
Kidderton Ash, (v) Pasteurised Goat’s Cheese. Kidderton Ash is a silky smooth goat’s cheese. Each cheese is coated in ash and matured for a distinctive finish and flavour.
Coquetdale, (v) Pasteurised Cow’s Milk. A Northumbrian full fat semi-hard cheese is rich, creamy and is clean on the palate. It has a melting texture, fruity finish and fine natural leathery rind, which is dusted in yellow mould.
Tunworth, Pasteurised Cow’s Milk. Made by hand in Hampshire, in small batches using pasteurised whole cow’s milk. It has a creamy texture, wrinkled rind and a long-lasting sweet, nutty flavour.
