Cerney Ash Goat’s Cheese, (v) Unpasteurised Goat’s Milk. Made by hand in Gloucestershire, it is coated in an oak ash sea salt mix. Fresh, mild, lemony flavour that develops as the cheese ages.
Bath Soft Cheese, Pasteurised Cow’s Milk. This cheese dates back to the time of Admiral Lord Nelson in 1801. It is a square soft cheese with a white bloomy rind. It has a mushroomy, creamy flavour with a hint of lemons.
Blacksticks Blue, Pasteurised Cow’s Milk. Blacksticks Blue is a soft blue-veined cheese. It is aged for 8 weeks, where it develops a smooth yet tangy taste.
Coquetdale, (v) Pasteurised Cow’s Milk. A Northumbrian full fat semi-hard cheese is rich, creamy and is clean on the palate. It has a melting texture, fruity finish and fine natural leathery rind, which is dusted in yellow mould.
Black Truffle Glouchester, (v), Pasteurised Cow’s Milk. Truffle Glouchester is a hard cows milk cheese infused with summer black truffles. Produced by expert cheese maker Simon Weaver.
